Gamboa & Chalela, is a Law Firm established in 1983, in Bogotá, Colombia under the name Gamboa, Leal & Mazuera. Its current partners are Nicolás Gamboa Morales, José Francisco Chalela Mantilla and Luis Carlos Gamboa Morales, it has an outstanding team of associates and has entered into permanent agreements with other firms specialized in various fields of Law.

Throughout the years, the Firm has provided personal counseling to its clients, primarily in the area of corporate, commercial and energy matters, as well as litigation and arbitral tribunals.

Gamboa & Chalela, is a Law Firm with vast trajectory in the handling of domestic and international arbitral tribunals, mainly in the sphere of commercial issues; its Partners are, among others, members of the roster of arbitrators kept by the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá.

Likewise, the Firm has major national and international clients in a variety of economic sectors and it is well known for its involvement in several negotiation and investment projects in the country, comprising representation and counseling to various energy companies operating in Colombia.
